At Causey Med Aesthetic, we take a small blood sample and place it into a centrifuge that spins the sample at a high speed to isolate the Platelet Rich Plasma. The PRP is applied topically to the skin while the Microneedling treatment is being done. Platelet Rich Plasma is a concentration of platelets in the blood that are crucial to the healing of wounds. Applying PRP after Microneedling is more effective than direct injections of PRP to your skin.
