Promotional pricing is the same for members and nonmembers and may not be combined with membership pricing or other discounts. Redemption & Expiration: BooTox packages may be redeemed at either Causey Med Aesthetic location in Baton Rouge or Prairieville and expire 365 days from the date of purchase. Purchases & Transfers: There is no purchase limit, and eligible packages may be combined. Packages are assigned to the purchasing patient and may not be shared or transferred. Manufacturer Rewards: Manufacturer loyalty rewards, points and promotional benefits cannot be earned or redeemed on BooTox packages.
