BooTox 2026 Terms & Conditions
Eligibility & Pricing: BooTox specials are available to new and existing patients, members, and nonmembers. Promotional pricing is the same for members and nonmembers and may not be combined with membership pricing or other discounts.
Redemption & Expiration: BooTox packages may be redeemed at either Causey Med Aesthetic location in Baton Rouge or Prairieville and expire 365 days from the date of purchase.
Purchases & Transfers: There is no purchase limit, and eligible packages may be combined. Packages are assigned to the purchasing patient and may not be shared or transferred.
Manufacturer Rewards: Manufacturer loyalty rewards, points, and promotional benefits cannot be earned or redeemed on BooTox packages.
Package Upgrades: Upgrades may be made only during the October 2026 promotional period. The original package will be returned to the patient wallet at its original purchase value, and the upgraded package must be purchased while BooTox promotional pricing remains active.
Unused Packages & Refunds: Refunds are available only for unused credits and must be requested before the package expires. Approved refunds are issued as Patient Wallet Dollars, not cash. If a divisible package has been partially redeemed, only the proportional value of the unused portion is eligible for conversion to Patient Wallet Dollars.
Medical Eligibility: All treatments are subject to appropriate medical evaluation and clinical candidacy. Treatment recommendations, recovery, downtime, and results vary by patient, and not every treatment is appropriate for every patient. If a purchased treatment is determined to be medically inappropriate, its unused value will be handled according to the unused-credit terms above.
Patient Wallet Dollars: To purchase a BooTox special using existing Patient Wallet Dollars, please contact Causey Med Aesthetic directly. Patient Wallet Dollars do not expire, are nontransferable, and have no cash value.
BooTox 2026 Official Member Appreciation Giveaway Rules
Eligibility: Open to active Causey Med Aesthetic members age 18 or older. Membership must be active at the time of entry. Employees of Causey Med Aesthetic and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: Active members may receive one physical entry ticket during an October treatment appointment or visit either Causey Med Aesthetic location during designated clinic hours in October to enter for free. No treatment, purchase, booking, or consultation is required for the free entry method. Write your name on the ticket and drop it into the giveaway cauldron.
Entry Limit: One entry per active member for the entire giveaway, regardless of membership tier, spending, appointments, entry method or location. Purchases and treatments do not improve the odds of winning.
Prize: One winner will receive $100 in Causey Med Aesthetic Patient Wallet Dollars. The prize will be added directly to the confirmed winner’s patient wallet and may be applied toward eligible services at either Causey Med Aesthetic location. Patient Wallet Dollars do not expire, are nontransferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Winner Selection: Eligible entries from both locations will be combined, and Dr. Danielle Causey will randomly draw one ticket at 2 PM CT on October 31, 2026, during the BooTox Closing Event. The drawing is planned to be shown on Facebook Live; however, watching the livestream is not required to win. The winner will be officially notified by telephone. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

BooTox 2026 Official Giveaway Rules
Sponsor: Causey Med Aesthetic. Promotion runs October 1, 2026 through October 29, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.
Eligibility: Open to adults age 18 or older where lawful. No Louisiana residency requirement; however, the prize must be redeemed in person at a Causey Med Aesthetic location in Louisiana. Employees of Causey Med Aesthetic and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter: Follow Causey Med Aesthetic on Facebook or Instagram, like the official BooTox Giveaway post on that platform, and leave one comment answering: “Which BooTox treat would you put under your spell this October?” Limit one eligible entry per person per platform, for a maximum of two entries. Additional comments do not provide additional entries. No purchase is necessary, and making a purchase does not improve the odds of winning.
Prize: One potential winner will receive exactly 20 units of Botox Cosmetic or Xeomin, approximate retail value $290. Product selection, treatment and dosing are subject to medical evaluation, informed consent, clinical candidacy, and the treating provider’s professional judgment. Prize is nontransferable and has no cash, account credit, wallet-dollar or alternative-service value. If the selected winner is ineligible or is not an appropriate treatment candidate, an alternate winner may be selected.
Winner Selection: After the entry period closes, one eligible entry will be randomly selected according to the giveaway selection procedure. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be contacted through Causey Med Aesthetic’s official social media account and must respond within 48 hours. Causey Med Aesthetic will never request payment, credit card information, or banking information to claim this prize.
Redemption: The prize must be redeemed in person within three months of winner confirmation unless a different deadline is provided in writing by Causey Med Aesthetic.
